Really solid use these normally in my garage gym, latches onto my pipe made pull up bar as well as the pull up bar on my squat rack.

Bought everything else. This is what I use.
I do reverse rows for my lat rowing. I own all the Kensui versions, Angles90, cheap knock-offs, rings, etc.. These things were a big surprise. Handle diameter is perfect, grip surface is just right, and the rotation angle section is solid and simple.

Adjustable yet sturdy.
I purchased this product for pull-up exercises.. I have found them to be built pretty solid holding my 230 pound frame. But it's super easy to adjust the handles from pull up position to chin up position and neutral position. It really helps to diversify workout exercises.
