Does genuine innovations realize how much business they're losing by including a co2 cartridge? it must be delivered by ground. 8-day delay? no thanks

probably not. but getting cartridges in some places is getting more difficult. Hope you're not still sitting on the side of the road waiting for the delivery!

Does this work with road bikes with 27 1/4" tires? How long does the one CO2 cannister last?

It depends on the size of the tyre. A big road tyre will need a bigger can than a 700 c 23 would and mtb would need bigger cans . CO2 leaks down faster than reg air. I let the CO2 out when I get home and pump up with my pump

I use c02 in hvac to clear drain lines. the cartridges get extremely cold. how is the cartridge covered to protect against cold damage to skin?

its not covered. As long as you don't release the co2 extremely fast it won't get crazy cold that fast. I have used these a few times with no issues at all. I like it because of how simple and small it is. Also you can also use a piece of clothing or something like that to use as a barrier between skin and co2 bottle.
