It looked better than other options and I wasn't dissapointed when I opened it up.
I picked this out because it was the proper length and preferred color, but also because they branding wasn't alphabet soup the looked like it was created by AI for an offshore company. You know the type; brands that look almost like words, but aren't. As far as I know, this is the same company selling generators in the USA, Canada, and Europe, so I thought the odds of the cable being decent were better than many of the other options available online. The cable had a good feel to it. I had to cut off the female end to replace with a 50 amp connector to work in my application, which gave me an opportunity to see what it looked like inside. The inner insulation seemed adequate and the metal appeared to be real copper, so I expect it to hold up. I've used it a couple times during power outages for several hours at a time and I didn't notice any hot spots, so the terminations on the remaining end seem to be good.

Great flexible cable that is SJTW and a REAL 10 gauge. I cut the female side to change the connector and was very happy to find a REAL 10 gauge wire. Of course the wire is multi strand as it would not be flexible but the gauge is excellent; it does not become hot with 30amps going through it. Got it on sale too, that is a great bonus!!!

fils de bonne qualité pour brancher ma génératrice. Les prises fonctionnes très bien, ils se bloquent comme il faut. Seul bémol quand il fait froid le fil est dur a dérouler
