Very effective! :o) It is better than some of the natural laxatives I've used and is definitely a better alternative to the chemical products I've used. I have had constipation issues most of my life. I am now 60 and have finally found something that does the job effectively without cramping - but best to stay near a rest room the day after taking. I have drank regular aloe juice without any real results. From what i am seeing and reading, Cape Aloe is different. I advise reading up on all the benefits and how best to use cape aloe products for best results. I will continue to use this brand because it works and will likely use during my upcoming cleanse i plan on doing. Not sure it's needed, but may try the cleansing product they make as well. good luck.

August 2021- formula changed, doesn’t work any more. Not even when I double the dose. Was using for a while with 1000 mg vitamin c each night with good result but not anymore. Switching back to Douglas Labs. Douglas Labs cost more but at least it works.Original: Works great! Safe, consistent, reliable. I take one before I go to sleep every night. I’ve been using this brand for several months now. I wouldn’t be without it.

This is an amazing product. My husband has terrible chronic pain for many years and other issues and many of his meds cause terrible constipation. I am a retired nurse who leans toward natural products. I choose products for him after a lot of research.. I favor products with aloe for him. His dr wanted to prescribe a strong med for constipation. I did not like side effects so I found this product. In the beginning I adjusted direction suggestions for him, now we have eased into one a day, considering his meds and their constipating effects, this supplement shows great potential and gentle on the system.. because of my medical background, I am comfortable adjusting to his needs. Otherwise I would advise to follow directions. Or dr advice to supplementationa

My husband is in an Amigo and does not walk, causing digestion to be slower. This helps him to stay regular without causing diarrhea. It works well without swinging the digestive system one way or the other or causing abdominal pains. Best product for this purpose that I have found.

Recently I was started on medication that caused really bad constipation and I did not want to take anything habit forming. My doctor recommended trying Cape Aloe and I decided to try these. It was extremely effective and I'm very happy and regular!

Did the opposite for me. Totally useless, waste of money. Used AS directed; nothing, nada, zippo. Don't waste your time. Try other products. Tried this for 7 days. Worst 7 days of my life. Only relief from this was from eating 20 sugar free gummi bears. Those relieved the problem THIS caused-
