Rubie's Women's Despicable Me 2 Minion Costume with Accessories

Thanks to all who provided size information. Since it was helpful for me, I'll do the same. I'm 5'2" and about 125#. Although I'm short, I'm not small boned or really petite; however, the small fit me just right. It's about 3-4 inches above the knee for me...I don't feel like it's uncomfortably short. What everyone says about the goggles is true...they are not very comfortable. I only put them on for a few minutes and although I could see fine out of them (pretty wide range of view), they were uncomfortable on the bridge of my nose, but to be fair I didn't take the time to adjust the elastic very much so perhaps I could get it to fit just right if I really tried. I'm not that optimistic however. I bought a different pair of goggles for $5 that are more comfortable (pictured) but I can't see out of them as well. Gloves just fit me so if you have long fingers, they may not be big enough. I didn't have any issues with the headband or socks, although the socks are a little long but those can be folded over so not a problem.

Do not waste your money on this product. For one thing, the fabric material for this piece was very low in quality. Perhaps I should've expected that for what I paid for it. As for the size of this piece, it was big. It wasn't flattering at all and the yellow sleeves were tight around my arms. The only thing I used in this pack was the goggles and that, like another person reviewed, I wore it around my neck. The gloves fit 'okay-ish' considering it was slightly tight and I didn't bother to try on the stockings. Just some advice if you want to go for a cute minions costume; Buy minions suspenders, a minion beanie and maybe a yellow shirt to draw the minion symbol on it and some shorts. I decided to go for a 'DIY' route and it was a hit with my co-workers and the children who excitedly screamed 'minion! minion!' when I walked around for Halloween. Even if you want to make an outfit that looks like this product, you can go and by yourself an 'overall 'jean' dress'. At the very least you'll know it'll fit you properly, the material won't be 'see-through' (like this product) and, depending where you get it, it'll be cheaper.But, overall, don't buy this product.

I wanted to write a review of this costume for all the girls like me who have trouble finding a good fit in a ready-made costume. I am 5'7", 170 pounds and I have VERY big boobs! I ordered this costume in a large because the price was right and I figured I'd give it a shot. My expectations were low, since usually online costumes are designed for Playboy models. When I received the costume I was pleasantly shocked! It was well made, flattering, and provided enough stretch to allow the "girls" to breathe! At a $25 price point I couldn't be happier! I will not be wearing the headband or knee socks, but they are decent quality. I just plan to jazz up the costume a bit with my own touches. As everyone else has said, the goggles are horrible. Impossible to wear on your face, so I'm going to wear them up on my forehead. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. I'm glad there are options available for curvier girls. Usually I have to make my own costumes.

Minion CostumeOh so cute! 4.5/5 I almost never rate 5 stars but this is as close as sit gets.I received so many compliments at my daughter's school harvest festival and I can't wait to wear it for Halloween. The principal raved about it, pulling me aside to empathize with how difficult it is to find an appropriate adult costume. This fit the bill perfectly, cute, light weight, not restrictive and definitely G rated. It's also quite well made, given it's a costume at a low price point.A few notes regarding sizing. Based on other reviews, I'm wondering if some of the dresses are being mislabeled. I'm 5'9" about 140 lbs, 34D, slim/athletic build. I ordered both the small and the medium to be safe (yay for free returns!). The medium arrived first. I put it on and it was way too big in the hips and waist, perfect across the chest and just a little short. I figured the small was going to be way too small so I decided to keep the medium. I was a little bummed at how big it was in the torso but it was still super cute. Three days later the small arrived and I decided to try it on for the heck of it. It was just about perfect. Still too big in the torso, but the chest felt about the same and the skirt wasn't even noticeably smaller. Still G rated! In other words, don't be afraid to try different sizes because they all fit differently and I don't think the sizes are scaled.The only other size issue is that the gloves and stockings are very small and I don't have overly large hands. They just hit the top of my wrist and I wouldn't be able to wear them were it not for the tight fingers and palm holding the glove in place. They weren't practical to wear at the festival so I'm not sure how long they'll hold up until I wear them on Halloween.

The only value in this costume is the dress which fit as expected, stretchy and comfortable, but plan on wearing your own tights or yoga pants underneath it (unless you're looking for seductive look, which I was definitely not). I glued gray felt to the inside of the goggles as they're painful. There's no gap for your nose so they stick out on your face. I mostly wore them on my forehead and the felt made that comfortable. The gloves wouldn't even fit my 10-yr old child. They're about the size of a 5-yr old's hands (no, not an exaggeration). I wore my own black gloves. With the low quality of the accessories I didn't bother trying on the tights. The dress is great, though! The headband worked, too.

Das Kleid passt, aber der Klettverschluss vom Haarband hält nicht, die Brille ist nicht zum Aufsetzen geeignet und die Handschuhe sind in Kindergröße. Als ich aufgrund eines Defektes den Rücksendeantrag gestellt hatte, sollte ich das Rücksendeporto zahlen. Auf einen Preisnachlass hat sich der Verkäufer nicht eingelassen, aber dass der Kunde für defekte Ware die Rücksendung zahlen soll, ist eine absolute Frechheit. Auch Amazon hat es bei dem Verkäufer versucht, ohne Erfolg. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer war als hätten sie meine Mails gar nicht richtig gelesen, so einen schlechten Kundenservice habe ich selten gesehen...Finger weg!

Primero que nada la entrega se hizo antes del tiempo esperado. Ajusta perfectamente y la calidad es buena de todos los artículos que incluye el disfraz, guantes, vestido, diadema, medias y googles. Compre una talla M para mi hija que mide 1.64 y pesa 55 kgs. Ella es talla 5 generalmente en talla de mujer. Quizá para una persona de talla 8 o 10 como lo indica la talla Mediana quede un poco ajustada. Definitivamente lo volvería a comprar.
