This combo pack was a real disappointment. I have tried the caramel flavour from this brand earlier, and I loved it so I decided to go ahead and try the combo pack. That was a big mistake. The other two flavours are very lack cluster and disappointing. The vanilla and hazelnut are substandard, synthetic, not good at all. I contacted both Amazon customer service and even the brand itself and got no positive response, from either. This brand has horrible customer service, I asked to exchange the two flavours vanilla and hazelnut for more of the caramel flavour. But the customer service executive flatly refused and said that was not possible they don’t do exchanges.When new brands have such rigid return and refund policies, It is very discouraging for a customer to try them as it is a waste of money if the product disappoint as it has happened in this case. Do not buy this combo pack only buy the single caramel flavour of this brand.And to the brand, do improve your customer service and be a little more flexible in your exchange and return policies if you want to really grow and expand.
