What is the circumference?

Right out of the package, Inside circumference is 16.5 inches. One I’ve worn a lot has stretched about 0.5 inch, but it’s still very tight in my head.

I have a large head, 25" in circumference. Would these fit?

Laid out flat, it is 8.25 inches, so double that for a circumference of 16.5 inches
