Tolle Holzringe, die eine wirklich einwandfreie Verarbeitungsqualität haben! Die Bänder könnten Markierungen bekommen, damit das Einstellen ein wenig schneller funktionoeren könnte. Alles in allem sehr schlicht und einfach.Hätte mir ein kleines Übungsheftchen/App/PDF oder vergleichbares dazu gewünscht. Zusammen mit dem GimmeKraft Trainingsbuch allerdings eine sinnvolle Kombination. Youtube liefert alle weiteren Möglichkeiten an Trainingsoptionen.
