Solid taste and affordability make this a reliable choice
Here's a detailed review for the Warrior Whey Protein Powder 500g: Solid taste and affordability make this a reliable choice ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ After cycling through various protein powders over the past year, I settled on this Warrior Whey as my regular go-to, primarily because it ticks the two most important boxes for me: taste and value. Three months in, I'm consistently satisfied with this choice. Taste and mixability: This is where many budget protein powders fall short, but Warrior Whey genuinely delivers. The flavor is smooth and not overly artificial - I can drink it mixed with just water and actually enjoy it, which isn't something I can say about many protein powders in this price range. It mixes well with a standard shaker bottle, with minimal clumping or gritty texture. I've tried it in smoothies and baking as well, and it incorporates nicely without leaving a chalky aftertaste. Value proposition: For the protein content and serving size, this offers excellent bang for your buck. Compared to premium brands, you're getting similar protein per serving at roughly 40-50% less cost. The 500g size is perfect for testing a new brand without committing to a massive tub, and the price point makes it accessible for consistent use. Nutritional profile: The protein content is solid for post-workout recovery, and the ingredient list is straightforward without unnecessary fillers. While it's not the highest protein concentration per gram compared to premium isolates, it's perfectly adequate for general fitness goals and muscle maintenance. Areas for consideration: The packaging is basic - functional but not premium feeling. The powder can be slightly sweet for some tastes, though I find it pleasant. Also, the 500g size means more frequent reordering compared to larger containers, though this also means fresher product. Performance results: I've been using this consistently post-workout and as an occasional meal supplement. It supports my recovery goals effectively, and I haven't experienced any digestive issues that sometimes come with cheaper protein powders. Bottom line: For anyone looking for a reliable, tasty protein powder that won't break the budget, this delivers solid performance. It's become my regular purchase because it simply works well without any compromises that matter to me.

Great-Tasting, Effective protein – Just be aware of the serving size.
I've been using Warrior Whey Protein Powder as part of my post-workout routine, and it’s quickly become one of my favourite supplements. For a 500g pack, it offers great value, especially considering it delivers up to 36g of protein per shake (depending on how you mix it). The taste is surprisingly good, not overly sweet or artificial like some budget options and it mixes easily with water or milk, no lumps or chalkiness. It’s also low in sugar, which is ideal if you’re keeping an eye on macros. I've noticed improved muscle recovery after weight training, and it keeps me feeling full longer than expected, which is a bonus if you're spacing out meals or cutting. One thing to note: while the pack says it contains 20 servings, that’s based on a single scoop. If you're following the recommended double scoop to hit the 36g protein mark, you're realistically getting only 10 full servings per 500g pack. So just keep that in mind when comparing value or planning your intake. Still, for quality, taste, and effectiveness, I’d definitely buy again and I’m already thinking about trying another flavour. Highly recommended for anyone new to protein powders or looking for a great, affordable option.

Tastes great, good protein
Used as a higher protein meal replacement to Slim Fast. Tastes good, not too thick. I used it with skimmed milk and a hand blender which leaves no clumps so very smooth. well packaged and arrived fast

Better than most things train the mind train the body
Warrior Whey Protein in the Chocolate Brownie flavour has become a great addition to my routine, both for taking to the gym and fitting around my busy work schedule. I originally bought it to help curb my cravings for sugary and savoury snacks, and it really has made a difference by giving me something satisfying to reach for instead of chocolate, energy drinks and bag of crisps/chips which is a bad source of food. The powder mixes extremely well, creating a smooth, lump-free drink that’s genuinely enjoyable. I use water instead of almond milk, and I’m impressed by how rich and chocolatey it tastes even without anything extra added. It feels light to drink but still filling enough to keep me going between meals. Beyond shakes, it works brilliantly in recipes like pancake mixes and porridge, adding flavour and protein without changing the texture. The size and amount will last me for at least one month, Overall, this flavour has exceeded my expectations and fits perfectly into both my training and day-to-day routine.

Nice protein
Nice product. Tastes good, although the flavouring is a bit weak with just 1 scoop. But does exactly what I need it to. Would recommend and would buy again.

Tastes Like Gains and Strawberries! 🍓
I bought this Warrior Whey Protein Powder because I wanted to get stronger without giving up milkshakes — and honestly, mission accomplished. The strawberry milkshake flavour tastes so good it’s borderline suspicious. I half-expected it to come with a little umbrella and a slice of fruit. Mixes up nice and smooth — no clumps, no weird chalky texture, and no regrets. I drink it after workouts. It’s also low sugar and low carb, which means I can pretend it’s “healthy” while enjoying something that tastes like dessert. And with up to 36g of protein per serving, I’m convinced this stuff could bring a bicep back from the dead. Only downside? I keep catching myself striking heroic poses in the mirror after finishing a shake. Proceed with confidence (and caution). Highly recommend if you like your gains with a side of strawberry goodness. 🥤💪

Delicious and Effective – My New Go-To Protein!
I’ve tried a lot of protein powders over the years, and Warrior Whey Protein (Strawberry Milkshake) has definitely earned a spot at the top of my list. First off, the taste is incredible – it genuinely reminds me of a strawberry milkshake, smooth and not overly sweet or artificial. It blends easily with water or milk, no lumps or chalky texture at all. I use it post-workout, and I really notice the difference in muscle recovery and energy. With up to 36g of protein per shake, it’s a powerhouse for helping me hit my protein goals without adding a ton of sugar. It's also GMP certified, which gives me peace of mind about the quality and safety. The 500g pack gives you 20 full servings, and I feel it's well worth the price. If you're looking for a protein powder that actually tastes good and supports your fitness goals, this one’s a winner. Will definitely be buying again!

Solid Protein Pick for the Price
At first, I thought this protein powder wasn’t good quality — it had a strange aftertaste and texture when I added it to pancake batter, so I left it untouched for a while. But then I tried mixing it into my morning Greek yoghurt, and it was much better — it dissolved well, didn’t alter the taste, and actually made the meal more enjoyable. That’s when I remembered: since it’s a protein-based product, heating it too much can denature the proteins (change their structure and function), so that likely explains the weird texture when cooked. I also tried it once in water — no clumps, but I personally found the chocolate flavour a bit odd in a plain drink. That might just be me though! I usually use a 25g scoop in around 150g of Greek-style yoghurt. It dissolves quite well — you do need to stir it for around 30 seconds (more than, say, honey), but if you mix it properly, you’re left with a smooth, lump-free texture. Maybe you could count the mixing as part of your cardio haha. I’ve been consuming more protein-based products lately, so perhaps my tastebuds have adjusted — but I will say this doesn’t have that overpowering chemical aftertaste you often get with protein bars (which is why I avoid those). While writing this, I realised I actually bought the Chocolate Brownie flavour, not Double Chocolate like I thought — not a huge difference in macros, but it does explain the slightly milder flavour. That said, when I think “brownie,” I associate it with a deep chocolate taste and fudgy texture, so it’s no surprise a powder can’t fully deliver that. Still, it’s pleasant and smooth. At 17g of protein per serving, I think it’s decently priced — especially compared to other brands. I’m satisfied overall and would consider repurchasing, perhaps in a different flavour to experiment.
