This has been a game changer for my neck! I have spent hundreds on specialty neck pillows/supports, only to be disappointed and in more pain. I suffer from scoliosis, degenerative disc and vertebrae disease. I am trying to avoid a very invasive surgery for as long as possible. I finally found this gem! It is comfortable and soft on skin. I use this along with a soft pillow and let me tell you... This is the first time in over 26 years, that I don't wake up with massive neck pain and headache. I highly recommend this neck roll! It may take up to a week to get used to it, but it is so worth it! This is my honest review, I am not a product ambassador or have any association with this company. I bought this to use while sleeping. It's the perfect size to fit right behind the neck. Unfortunately, it's too firm for my comfort.

Honestly, if you're looking for a cervical neck pillow while sleeping or resting on a reclining chair, taking a nap on a couch on your back, or using it in your bed if you're a back sleeper, this might be the perfect pillow for you. I bought a couple of cervical neck pillows to test and try out, and honestly, for relaxing in a reclining chair, will still have your head propped up just a little bit more to be able to watch TV, the Menlo Park is definitely the right choice. I tried the Bespilow, and that one is just too tall. They need to lose about three or four inches of height at least. Also, the bespilo w is too dense. I feel like you don't get the soft Comfort like you do with the Menlo Park pillow. Anyways, I hope this comparison out there helps someone. I did do a more in-depth video review on my channel. I use this for my lift chair in the lower back( is too big for my neck). Works great especially if you have to sleep in the chair after surgery, I didn’t wake up with back pain!

This neck roll is too firm for my liking. I struggle with neck pain when I sit on the couch or drive a vehicle. I have a neck pillow for my vehicle but now wanted one for when I sit on the couch. This roll was too firm and caused more discomfort than I had expected. I am returning this neck roll and looking for something softer.
