Bootaclava Ski Boot Covers for Warmth & Comfort - Snow Ski Boot Warmer Boot Gloves for Skiing, Cover Made from Neoprene Material to Keep Your Feet Dry & Warm on The Slopes

I bought the large size for my 60 y.o. dad who has ~size 12 feet and poor circulation. He has worn these every single day on the mountain and never complained about cold feet even on days he had complained about cold hands. The way the bootaclava attaches to the ski boot doesn't affect snapping into bindings and the strap is far enough back that he doesn't walk on it and wear it down in the parking lot. The only negative I have seen is the thicker foam material takes a long time to dry out compared to other brands.

These wrap onto my snow boots perfectly. Great for standing around camp or when snowshoeing. They seem to be around 7mm thick, which is around how thick they need to be to stay warm. Most of these types of snow boot covers are too thin.They come with stick-on velcro patches for the toe sections. They work well, as long as your boots can hold the adhesive. But, it will likely just come off, and it doesn't need to be there for the boot cover to work.Most importantly, for me, is that they can be taken on and off easily. Both straps come loose with velcro.The bottom strap is rather robust and can handle plenty of snow walking. Would get beat up on rocks or pavement, but snow is fine.Would be neat if they offered a larger version of this boot warmer. While this is just big enough for my size 11 snow hiking boots, I am not sure they would fit a pair of ski boots made for my size feet. Most of the sizing is large enough for larger boots, but the strap around the heel is the most limiting factor. If the larger version had an extra inch or two on the heel strap, it could work for boots larger than mine.

I always wear boot covers but this one is extra thick and has a strap better placed in middle of foot under arch so you are not walking on it. These are excellent quality.

The Velcro on the back is not large enough. My boot is large and when you pull it tight there is almost no contact area between the two layers of Velcro. The Velcro needs to be much larger to provide a tight and secure fit. On a smaller boot there would be virtually no contact between the two layers of Velcro. This is a very poor design. The Velcro will open up and if you are walking,(don’t have skis on) it can fall off. It took me only a couple of days on the hill to find the flaw/weakness of this product. The manufacturer must surely be aware of this major design flaw.

Great for my cold feet. A place for hand warmers in the boot cover that make it extra warm. I love them.
