Volume on handset is great but the speaker is so quiet it's useless. Only good for listening to Greensleeves for an hour whilst waiting for British Gas to answer.

The earpiece volume controls work well using the amplify button but the volume control does not have any affect when on hands free

This phone is exactly what I've been looking for with both hands-free and headphone functionality. It's straightforward to use and I'd recommend it.

Lucky me. I see this phone is not available at the moment. On expert advice from Digitel Technology I purchased this as a replacement, and it does everything I need, primarily wallmounted, handsfree, and all the other functions included, plus headset jack. Big plus, it plugged and played into my existing BT extension cable. 3 cheap phones didn't work. Excellent service and speedy delivery.

Would like it to store more numbers. Otherwise no complaints
