Pluses, perfect compact counter top size, locking blades won't fall out, large feeder tube, blade storage box. Minuses.....IT DOES NOT WORK. Ordered one, assembled correctly, power button lights, no movement, no sound, nothing. Returned and ordered a replacement, and same scenario. Even tried feeding a carrot to see if it needed to be "activated". Still nothing more than a lit power button. Returned second one and Ordered a different brand, perfect cutting/shredding.

I only gave 3 stars because the instructions on which blades to use for which foods was not very clear and also because it is a lot of clean-up after use especially for cheeses, which is the main reason I bought it!!!

This just misses a 5. The blades are not well described as to what each is and does. The exit chute is a bit too short. Other than that, it is a great tool. Easy to use and to clean. I like it.

I shredded some cheese and the unit jams up due to not having proper shredding surface all the way around
