I have been Earthing with 2 grounding mats: one under my feet at my computer and one in bed. The problem with the bed mat is that the neoprene material sticks to your skin after a short time. It works to ground you, but it's a bit uncomfortable after awhile, so I wanted to try this sheet. I like the feel of the sheet on my skin and I don't get that sticky feeling. And I think that I'm sleeping better than I did before I started Earthing. Like I said, the mat worked, but I didn't like the feeling on my skin. So I upgraded to the sheet and I'm very satisfied. It's a bit expensive when compared to a 4 piece set of sheets and pillow cases, but for me, it's worth it. I might buy another so I don't have to wait to remake the bed while the sheet is being laundered. Now that I think of it, I wish they made a 4 piece "earthing" set with top sheet and fitted sheet that are both grounded. I think it would make normal sheet sets obsolete, once folks felt the benefits of Earthing.

Does this work? I don't know. But it is comfortable. The grounding idea has some basis in science, but it might all be a placebo. This is comfortable, cools well, and gives you a good excuse to sleep in the buff.

If you look at the ad, it clearly shows what appear to be grounding sheets. That is not the case however. I ended up with two 2”x2’ little pieces of cloth that you plug in and put the other end into your grounding part of your outlet . No instructions either. They don’t work.

This grounding sheet is comfortable, affordable and does an excellent job of grounding. I wake up each morning ready to go, my inflammatory pain greatly reduced. It was so easy to set up and fits my bed perfectly.

While the sheet does do grounding the quality of the material is horrible. I've only had it a little over a month. I bought it on Sept 17 got it on Sept 18,2024 and today is October 29 2024. The material is peeling to the point it is uncomfortable to lay on. I do not recoment this sheet.

They are rough and don't seem to do anything. I was hopeful but maybe it is snake oil. Followed washing directions and within 3 washes I would rather sleep on sand.

The silver threads will help with keeping the sheets bacteria free and they seem to be helping with inflammation. A good quality product that fits our mattress well.
