I've been buying R1 since I started my strength training but I have always bought it from Life pharmacy. Tried buying this from Amazon for the 1st time and I'm not disappointed. Legitimate product!

I like it so far. I use it as alternative for my breakfast and it’s really filling. I like it so far.

This is the first protein powder I’ve bought, and I did a lot of research and asked for recommendations from my gym friends before choosing it. I think it's good value for the money and the taste isn’t too bad. As a beginner, I found the flavor a bit off-putting at first, but mixing it with cocoa powder and making a smoothie really helps—it becomes even more chocolatey. Did I see results? Yes! With consistent training, my muscle mass has increased, and I’m a beginner at the gym. Overall, I’m happy with this protein powder and would recommend it to others just starting out.

The expiry date was proper - 2022. Packaging original and sealed. Apart from that, this is the only protein out of dozens I tried that doesn't make my stomach upset. Plus I can really notice results from using it. High-quality stuff and good seller also.

Vanilla Creme is perfect, not too sweet, no artificial taste. The actual serving number in the bag is 151 not 152

Good: the tub is fuller than rest of the protein powders Bad: I have had more than 10 protein powders and this has the worst sweet taste ever. Don’t know about muscles but I developed mental strength to finish it

Bought this first time time in Dubai and fell in love with the taste...it's on the sweeter side but it's ok for me...I like it this way...excellent protein mixes well tastes great and results are splendid and visible...but of course...you need to train you muscles enough in the the gym or else it won't work..great purchase..vendor delivered in time with good packaging...looks and tasted genuine and similar to the one I got from Dubai...keep it up..

This is way better than the chocolate flavours of R1, I'll get the bigger size next time. I got so sick of the chocolate flavour, it always left a bad after-taste.
