Disappointed with Ddpai Quality
I bought this Ddpai hardwire kit for the third time and honestly the quality keeps getting worse. The cables keep burning and every time I need to buy a new one. There is no real support from the company and no proper firmware or app updates to fix the issues. Very unfortunate experience and not worth the trouble anymore.

I require a 24-hour dashcam device recording capability for my vehicle's security system. Overall, you will find it highly satisfactory.

Worked exactly as advertised easy install

It is a simple hardwire kit that will turn off at a set voltage! In the ddpai app you are able to set the voltage from three different options I'm not near my dash cam right now to check but i believe they are (12.4v, 12v, 11.8v) And it works! I have it set to 12v and they turn off at that voltage, also the app shows the current voltage when this kit is used! Neat! The only reason i took a star off is for the obd2 plug itself, if you look at the pictures the cable comes out of the side instead of directly straight out the back (opposite the obd2 port) This will cause clearence issues in some cars (like mine) i had to remove the obd2 port from the knee panel to attach the cable to it, not ideal but its worth the hassle for the auto shutoff, and ease of wiring! The quality is fine and the price is great, definitely happy with the performance of it!
