Easy install of new shift boot
I have a 2019 Slingshot GT (don't know if that matters). My rubber boot was broken at the bottom (only had 3,600 miles when I bought it used). So I saw this and picked it up. Allen wrench bolt in front of shifter knob. Remove bolt, lift up shifter, replace. Took some 2 minutes (plus the - where is my Allen wench bag). Have to get the 2 piece bottom to the correct place. The top part of the bottom kind of runs around the edge of the shifter area at an up angle. Once it's all in right, it works ! I drove it and so did my son. Still sitting in place.

Did the Job
I used this to replace the Cracked Rubber one in my Polaris Slingshot. Worked great actually looks better than the factory one too.

It looked good after I installed it. Once I took my slingshot out for a ride it didn’t stay in place at all! I could feel the heat coming up through it! 👎

It fits alright in 2019 Slingshot SL Could be little more secure the bottom is just stitched “leather” so it mounts in rather loosely. But I don’t hate it
