I was on the hunt for a high quality body scrub to replace the one I used to use. I am a fan of other Youth to the People products so I wanted to try this one out. It has a great thick texture with just the right amount of gritty texture to exfoliate. I love that it also has AHAs to provide some chemical exfoliation along with the physical. It doesn't dry out my skin and I enjoy the energy lifting scent!

Great energy body scrub from Youth to the People. It does has a nice light energizing scent. Very nice feeling texture in this scrub, nothing overly big or too harsh. Does a great job of exfoliating my skin. My skins looks and feel incredibly smooth after using and helps even the skin tone on my arms and legs

I've always used a scrubber for exfoliating in the shower, most scrubs with a lot of grit are too heavy and don't stay on the cloth or scrubber, so you waste so much product. This product, however, is perfect—it provides thorough exfoliation while also being soothing and has AHA's. The scent isn't particularly strong so if you're worried about overpowering fragrance, this might be a good choice; it's pleasant but very mild. Overall, very pleased with this scrub.

this helps me remove the dead skin and makes my skin soft. it does peel my real body oil and so my skin does becomes red.

was hesitant to use due to the chemical fragrance you smell when first opened. it's a pretty good exfoliator though it didn't feel rough when using it in the shower.

I love a really scruffy scrub and this one definitely fits the bill. It contains extremely large gritty bits that give you the immediate satisfaction of smooth, polished skin. On top of that, it also has three types of acid (lactic, glycolic and mandelic) to provide longer term skin cell turnover. As an added bonus, the Energy Shift fragrance (a combination of ginger, black pepper and woods) is heavenly. It's strictly a scrub (no foaming cleansing action) and it rinses easily and cleanly. No oily or slippery residue. I keep the oversized tube in my shower for a daily dose of exfoliating.
