First off, don’t be fooled by the picture. The applicator does not come with this, you’ll have to order it separately. That being said they get you to pay a separate charge. While using, it’s difficult to apply. The Micro needling rollers, allow one to apply the same pressure all over-this is just a push down pressure where you hope you are applying some of the serum. As well, it does not tell you the percentage of hyaluronic acid. You need at least 2% which I don’t think this has. I have been using it and have not seen any changes. If you’re going to do it yourself, get a micro needler and a serum that has at least two or 3% of hyaluronic acid.

I thought I was getting the serum and the microneedle stamper bottle. That's how it appears in the picture. Instead what I got was three bottles of serum with no applicator. I could have just bought some serum and put it on my face. I guess it's fine if you already have the applicator and just want refills. Definitely won't buy again.

Make sure you’re ordering the needle part in the package you choose. I thought it came with mine bc how else are you going to get it in your skin? The picture was deceiving. Now I have to order that part .

I purchased this product because it shows an applicator plus two bottles of hyaluronic acid. I asked AI. Does this include the applicator?AI said yes, it includes an applicator. AI is not as smart as he thinks he is. It does not include an applicator.

No applicator was included and it is referred to as a ‘system’, and pictures included an applicator.

Applicator is not included. Total waste of money
