Get this one for Litchi (etc.), a larger or brighter tablet, and a lot of flight time
If you want to run Litchi or some other third-party software to fly your drone, you cannot use a DJI controller with a built-in screen; it won't let you install any non-DJI software on it. So you need one of the controllers without a screen. This earlier model, RC N2, is actually preferable to the newer RC N3 because it is apparently identical except for having a substantially larger battery. That makes it heavier, but the battery not only runs the controller, but also keeps your phone or tablet charged so you don't have to worry about either one pooping out while you are flying, even with the screen brightness at maximum. Unlike the controllers with screens, the RC N2 does not have attachments for a neck strap, but if you get a bracket to hold a tablet too large for the phone clamp (I got one that I like by Hanatora), it might have loops for a neck strap.

Don't do it
Relieved this controller after almost 2 wk wait. Would not connect to my neo or mini 4 pro. I tried everything including 2 rounds with dji. I ultimately returned it. I also had to pay shipping as amazon apparently doesn't cover this sight for returns. Also it did not arrive in an original DJI box [a little bubble wrap sleeve and brown box. I have a suspicion it was used and sold as new. Returned it about 2 was ago no refund, no g mails confirming return, no nothing.. Dont get scammed like I did. Just buy one from somewhere different.
