I have been using this Tinture sleep aid from Plant Therapy for about three months now and it does aid in getting a good night sleep. I put it under my tongue about a half hour before going to bed. The taste is not bad and maybe the first time it tastes strange, but after using it for so long I don't even notice it. For me it is a great product and I would recommend trying it.

For a mix that includes ingredients like chamomile, lemon, and rose, I was expecting a more fragrant scent. It's not awful, and especially if you dilute the mix in a larger amount of water or other drink, you might not even know it's in there. It does have the organic symbol on the packaging, but the health claims haven't been evaluated by the FDA.

I like that this is a tincture with quality ingredients that doesn't break the bank. I use Lion's Mane for energy and brain support. I've noticed that I'm more energetic and alert since using herbal tinctures and teas like Lion's Mane. I purchase Plant Therapy products both from Amazon and their website.

Taste by its self is horrible. I mix it with just a small amount of tea or juice and it's not bad to take at all that way. It gives me energy but not like jittery energy I just don't get wore out as fast. I really like it

I like this so far. It has a strong smell and taste, which isn’t off-putting. I put it in my morning smoothie and enjoy it during my commute.

This item is a 30ml amber bottle of organic herb tincture that is plant based and formulated to provide immunity support. The ingredients includes extracts of echinacea, elderberry, thyme, sage, yarrow, and lemon balm in a proprietary combination. The claim is that this tincture will support a healthy immune system and provide a defense against seasonal threats that can make you ill, per the product description. I'm familiar with all the ingredients, but feel that there are minerals and vitamins that should be added to the mix to boost immunity. The liquid tastes quite bad so I recommend adding the 2 dropper full to some juice. I appreciate that it's made in the USA. I find the price point for 20 days supply to be rather steep. Overall, it's not a bad tincture to add to your daily supplement regiment, but it's not something I will continue to use given I have other more cost effective immunity support supplements.
