Nemaxx PB305

I bought this as I didn't know if I would have the time to use a SUP much or find it interesting enough to spend more. It's turned out to be a great purchase; it does everything I could ask of it, is stable, and does what I expect it to with no obvious flaws. I haven't used anything else to compare it with; when the sea is calm it's great, but when it was a bit windy and waves picked up a fair bit it wasn't so good, but I'd expect that with any inflatable lump of plastic. It's good enough to do a few miles at least, and keep me upright against the waves coming off container ships on an otherwise calm sea; then sit down and have a little relax before heading back in to land. The single fin design works fine; I haven't tried a booster (3 fin) set-up, but this tracks straight reasonably well and doesn't cause any frustration about veering off to one side wildly. There are many people on the Q&A and reviews saying 'the pump pressure gage doesn't work.' If you look hard enough through the answers then you'll see that the gage only starts working once the pressure in the board is inflated to 5psi. The first time I inflated mine I had been pumping for a while and the board felt stiff. I thought 'this board is very hard, the gage must be broken.' However, I read the Q&A on here, saw that I needed to get it up to 5psi; kept on pumping and soon enough the gage started working, and you can take it up to the recommended pressure of 15 psi. In short, if you buy one and think that your pump's gage is broken, it probably isn't, you probably just need to keep pumping way beyond the point you think the board is 'hard' at.

The paddle board is great! The pressure gauge on the pump didn't work but Amazon refunded me enough to buy a replacement so no problem. Other than that, it's easy enough to inflate and deflate. It packs into the bag easily after use and is nice and stable on the water. It easily fits me and 2 kids.

Good value for money. Was a bit concerned reading about trouble with the pump gauge but I have had no problems at all. I cannot fault it so far. Having never used an SUP before so not being sure whether I’d enjoy it or would be able to do it, I didn’t want to spend a load of money and this board does everything it needs to and is nice and sturdy. The paddle floats too which is a bonus if you drop it.

Very happy with this SUP. Found it really easy to put together. Looks well made & inflates easily. The only problem I had was being able to place the cap back on without all the air releasing but after googling what to do I found out you just need to make sure the centre is twisted to the highest point. Used it for the first time today & found it to be really sturdy & quite easy to manoeuvre. Can’t wait to use it again.

The board itself is great and seems very sturdy, the paddle is fine too and as a set it was just what I was after. I would have given this purchase 5 stars if it didn't have the following issues: 1) The gauge on the pump doesn't work (it doesn't register any pressure at all) so it's impossible to tell when you have reached the optimum pressure for the board. The pump arrived boxed with the set but the sealed bag it was in was already torn open, suggesting to me that it was a return from a previous customer which was then shipped to me without checking. I spoke to Amazon about being able to return just the pump for a replacement but as it's a set I would have to return the whole lot which I don't want to do (yet). 2) After only 1 short walk to the river (10 minutes each way) the carry case is already starting to come apart at the seam in one area. It imagine that this will quickly get worse the more that I use it. Without the carry case it will be very difficult to use this kit if I can't park near the water. I have decided to keep the set for now but if more bits start to break on it over the next two or three outings then I will be returning it.

Absolutely over the moon with this purchase. Absolutely exceeded expectations for the price. This paddleboad is definitely an entry level unit but the build quality and materials are not compromised. Made Germany this is a real quality item. Buy one you will not be disappointed. When buying check the size, this is the smallest of the range so works upto 90kgs. If you want to go tandem with kids etc, might want to go for a bigger model.

I ordered this item for my birthday, and it’s great! Huge board, can’t wait to get out on the water. But when opening the box the otter bag had mould all over it, which I was not too happy about. The paddle board itself it’s good, just very disappointed with the bag itself. Makes me wonder how the item has been stored.

This is my first board so wanted something that wouldn't break the bank but would also do the job. Took it out for it's maiden voyage today and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! Not only is this board solid and sturdy but it's actually pretty fast in the water. It comes with everything you'll need to get started, pump, fin, paddle, leash, repair kit and obviously the board itself. There is still plenty of room for additional items in the bag as well. The only thing I did find is that the psi guage on the pump doesn't seem to work properly but that could well be down to human error so I won't take anything away from the actual product itself. If you're looking to get into paddle boarding, you won't go wrong with this great little budget board!

Nog niet gebruikt maar de levering ging snel en netjes. Enige verbeter punt, kleine uitleg over het opblazen, dit heb ik op YouTube op moeten zoeken.

ładna deska, w zestawie wszystko co potrzebne, jednak po 3 dniach przy zaworze zaczęło uciekać powietrze, natomiast kolejnego dnia uchwyt sie wyrwał :(

Ein super tolles Teil. Bin es den kompletten Sommer gefahren, also inkl. Luft rein, Luft raus und alles hat super gehalten. Einziges Manko, die Ersatzflicken in der Dose sind nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, da der Kleber in der Dose einfach ausgelaufen ist, ohne das jemals einer dran war. Sowie die Farbe auf dem Board etwas zerlaufen ist, was nicht ganz so schön aussieht aber den board selbst bei der Funktion absolut nicht stört. Man kann auch gut zu zweit drauf. Macht so sogar noch mehr Spaß. Die Tasche sowie die Pumpe halten sehr gut was aus und das Paddel ist auch supi, alles im allen ein gutes Set zum kleinen Preis.
