Ointment has changed its texture
The product has changed its consistency over the last couple years. It has a gritty nature now that it did not used to have.

Works far better than any of the other commercial products I've tried
Bianca Rosa Milk Thistle Seed Cream, within a few days of first use, calmed down the irritated feeling, then eliminated the hyperkeratosis of sun damaged spots on my face of 70 years. Then in subsequent weeks the product went to work on the hyper-pigmented areas on my face. Works far better than any of the other commercial products I've tried.

Gritty!
The product has gritty bits in it, plant parts and whatnot. It’s an awful texture, like someone took a cream base and dumped a teabag into it.
