I originally received these as a gift from a neurosurgeon I was working for. I threw them in a drawer and never used them and then I got one out and I do feel like I slept so much better and I used the whole pack and just ordered more. I did try another less expensive brand and they did absolutely nothing. I can definitely tell a difference with this brand and helping me sleep all through the night pretty well.

Since I tend to have no sleep issues I am not sure these work, but they seem to for me. The smell is VERY pleasant and that, as much as anything, may have helped with my sleep. The patches stay on quite well; it is a bit hard to get them on without having them stuck to my fingers. The fabric outer side is soft and even on my wrist did not bother my face or other arm. The patch is small so fit well even on my small wrist.
