Useless gobbledegook, more of a leaflet than a book, no wiser now than I was before. If this is the standard of Stephanie Ridd's 'work' avoid it is my advice. This book will not help you to cure your tinnitus, it is just a rip-off.

Does not provide a "cure" or anything as its title says, uselful only to get basic general knowledge which is alredy available on internet. For someone suffering from it, its extremely painful to have this condition, please provide a step by step cure if you claim it in your book title or rename it so it appears what it actually is.
