Good Aviary for the price!
Plan on way more time than you think for assembly. Very tedious long slog... plus extra time if choose to reinforce things on the fly. Pipe connectors could have been sturdier instead of cheap plastic. Door opening is a bit narrow so if you have a belly it might be tough to get in and out easily and quickly in case of birds? I reinforced the door frame with flat metal L brackets and added springs inside and out to make it more self closing after a bird escaped during water/food changing. Bought more metal fabric and swapped out the panels at the bottom to make it more open. I added more metal brackets in the corners and other places for reinforcement. Door latch is a lil janky and will need to be improved later. I also reinforced mine because I added a light weight roof of corrugated metal and foam board insulation for my birds because of the Phoenix summer sun. For the price not bad honestly. I found $1200-1800 aviaries that appeared more stout but I did not want to drop that kind of money on just birds for training my dogs.

Toxic with major flaws! Returns impossible.
First of all, this was horribly packaged and arrived in 2 separate destroyed boxes with no insulation, and several poles had to be bent back into position. Each box was very heavy. I did not listen to the reviews about the lengthy assembly required, and assumed folks were not very skilled. Wrong! My husbands who is a very skilled handyman spent at least 12 hours putting this together. (He did it by himself, but I would recommend 2 people). Assembly is drilling hundreds of tiny screws, cutting the wire mesh to size, stretching it, drilling some more, etc. Afterwards, he said he could have built one from scratch in less time, that was much better. Once it was assembled, we realized some major flaws, 1. the door only opens out, everyone knows aviary doors are supposed to open in to prevent avian escapes. And once inside there was no way to latch the door closed so it doesn't swing open. 2. The wire mesh is very thin; our lovebirds immediately went to work cutting the wires and our cockatoo snipped though them like butter. Then I realized all the metal is galvanized and toxic to birds. Much to my husband's dismay, we started taking it apart to get it out of the house and away from our birds. However, the cheap screws it comes with just strip when being removed, so every single one has to be cut out by hand. We tried to return it, but the customer support is absolutely horrible. They will not accept a return unless it is returned in the original boxes (but these arrived destroyed). I tried to find replacement boxes so they will not take it back, but they are unique sizes and I could not find anything similar. After fighting with customer support for weeks, we gave up. By being packaged so poorly, it ensures returns are impossible. This is absolute junk that ended up at the recycling center 2 weeks later and nearly 24 hours of wasted time and hundreds of wasted dollars. Please learn from my mistake - I wish I would have been warned.

Beyond frustrating
I thought I would save us time and effort in our bird aviary project but just buying this rather then DIY this go round… big mistake. This is an absolute nightmare to build. The holes for the corrugated sides do not line up (except for two of the 12 panels) which means we will now have to pilot all the holes ourselves, the bolts go right above where the screws are also supposed to go which beyond tedious, the door sits hanging weird no matter what we do. We are going to attempt the wire walls next which came in a roll that we have to cut and then flatten and then screw into metal frame.. the frame is a nightmare that does not hold together while trying to stand so we had to use painters tape just to get the panels upright, And one whole wall does not sit flush or line up no matter what we try. we have no choice but to keep at it as we are on a time crunch.. but save yourself the trouble or maybe hire out the build after you purchase.

Hard to build but excellent
Difficult to put together. I liked that I was able to only do a slight modification to move the door over one panel. I would recommend that several days are set aside to work on it, but I really like it.
