I tried recalibrating the pen using the calibration tool on my Surface, but the problem persists. I have a Surface Pro 6 running Windows 10.

First, the value this pen is equal to all of the best alternatives on the market. I originally used the standard $100 Surface Pen, but switched to this guy and really love it! My original came with a small defect in the back eraser, after speaking with the AMAZING support and diagnosising the problem they offered me a full refund or replacement. But even then, the pen itself is so functional with its extra side buttons and replaceable pen tip, I can't imagine not using this brand. Overall, great product, and you are in good hands with this company!
