These capsules are fantastic. I've tried numerous probiotics over the years, but always come back to these. I bought these as my usual brand has now gone up to £16! I found them easy to swallow. The trouble is that since taking them ,I feel full all the time and slightly bloated. Great if you feel like dieting! Also, I do get a little digestion after eating anything Next time, I think I will bite the bullet and go back to my usual brand as I don't get any side effects with them and no indigestion either
