How does my iPhone connect to this device?

It doesn’t unless you buy a HDMI cable and you still have to spend another 60$ on a adapter pice that plugs into the bottom of you’re iPhone where the charger goes and it has a split device where you can plug in a charger and a HDMI cable it’s pretty cool if you have the money for it

Is the unit comes with a aux wire or video inn?

It has 2 AV inputs (RCA connectors). They are both on cables that go through the ceiling. There is a connection on the side to input HDMI.
