Tastes great. I enjoy this most nights. The small amount of melatonin is perfect to drift off to sleep. This is a favorite in my family.

I drink this tea nightly. It has a really good flavor and it relaxes me just enough before bed. The flavor is not very strong so if you want something strong stronger than you will have to double up. Or have less water. But I like it just the way it is. It’s one of the better tasting sleep teas

The open window is welcoming a soft spring breeze with curtains blowing ever so slightly. The crikets are playing you a lullaby. Mom tucks you in with a kiss goodnight. That's what this sleep will feel like. This tea is delicious and within ten minutes of drinking it, I'm ready to drift away to peaceful sleep. The taste is delicious. So enjoyable!

This is the high quality tea I have come to expect from Twinings. It smells lovely, but I have to say it has a very odd flavor. That said, it really works. It is wonderful when I am having a hard time sleeping. I drink a cup, I relax, and I stay asleep for a good 6 hours. Heavenly for someone who is used to waking up every 2 to 3 hours. It isn’t the cheapest tea on the market, but it’s a good buy if you value a good night’s sleep!
