This was a Birthday present for my son who was very impressed, especially with the safety measures.

The first one had 2 broken lugs and returned. We were sad as the item is good quality and sturdy. Felt safe when climbing the steps especially with the side support. We decided to try again reordered. This one arrived with 1 of the plastic lugs slightly cracked.sole searched and decided to glue the lug.no where on Amazon to accept and get a slight reduction. We even asked to have Amazon wrapped . There is a problem with the lugs and needs more adequate packaging. Sad as the ladder is good quality.

I’m impressed with the quality of the item I’m getting on in age and needed a step ladder I felt safe on and it does that !

This a a bit heavier than a standard ladder but I feel SAFE getting up and down - which is exactly what I wanted

This is a very sturdy step ladder, I was very disappointed when I received it that the Tray on the top was completely broken off. I didn't return it as I needed it straight away and wouldn't have had time for a replacement. I don't need the Tray part its just that the quality control wasn't working the day mine was made. Overall I think its a really Nice stepladder.
