This was awesome for my daughter’s recent broken arm. It needed to be iced 3 times daily for 20 min. This allowed me to keep her arm in a comfortable position without it getting all wet from ice bags and condensation. It also had the flexibility to tighten around the arm. This seems durable and high quality. Highly recommend!

This is my second ice machine. The first one, different brand, no longer circulated water well after being stored for several months. This model is working well and I prefer the circulation pad and method of attaching it to my leg over the other. It leaks a little when you disconnect and connect the pad, so just keep a towel under the hoses. It keeps the water, with 3 frozen water bottles, cold most of the night. It also cost $100. less than the one I bought last year.

A life safer with a knee surgery. Really well made, easy to put together and helpful. I do think the tank is a little small for long use and it is hard to empty easily but all and all for the price you cannot beat the value.

It works as advertised and is pretty quiet but it does leak where the hoses exit the cooler. The hoses have to be kept straight.

Works well

The motor is small. Broke within a week. Damned expensive to break so quickly. Useless. Very upset. Was desperate so purchased a $20 aquarium pump and pulled the dead one out. Seems to be working but I do wonder what i paid $250 for if the parts add up to $50.
