No glucose spike
These are tasty and work well as a small meal or snack on the go. I prefer whole foods but sometimes you need something quick and easy. They don't seem to raise glucose like some other bars. They are sweet but not too sweet. I would like it better if there wasn't sucralose but all things considered I would buy these again.

These Quest Oatmeal Chocolate Chip protein bars are so delicious. They have a good amount of chocolate chips in the bar and you actually feel satisfied because it replaces a meal, it’s HEALTHY and takes care of any cravings you may have if you wanted something sweet,

Quest are my favorite protein bars. We like them for a quick breakfast while camping or for extra energy while hiking.

Soooo Good!
I got these as I'm trying to increase my daily protein intake, but without so much sugar. These actually do taste like Blueberry muffins. Not sure how they did that, but I LOVE them. 20 grams of protein, only 2 grams of sugar and 180 calories. WOW. I'm so glad I ordered these on a whim. If you want to eat something that tastes like a blue berry muffin, but is GOOD for you, definitely get these.
