This little massager is very effective for my TMJ pain. During a recent flare-up, I experienced extreme discomfort, and this device provided significant relief. The combination of vibration and heat worked well to ease my pain.

Tried this several days in a row I couldn't see any relief from using it, it actually hurt worse afterwards several times, battery didn't stay charged more than 2 uses of 10 minutes each saw no muscle relief in using it personally would not recommend

Non standard head phone jack is used as a charger. Not usb c or micro usb. Its stupid and the charger broke after 2 weeks.

I had been suffering from TMJ to the point it began affecting my hearing. (!!) Device is soft with rubber coating and is perfectly shaped to massage and relax the jaw and face. Love the added heat feature. Easy to clean and charge. Only negative, is it looks like a (ahem) personal massager on the nightstand.
