The item was damaged and the drum was vibrating really bad during the spin function

Great washer, issues with Amazon installation
Great washer, issues with Amazon installation which were never addressed. However, once I had an independent plumber fix the issues caused, the washer works great. Cycles are a little longer then with the previous washer I had.

Ruined my floors
Absolute garbage. i purchased this washing machine on the 7th of July 2024, and exactly 1 year after purchasing, it has started to leak water everywhere from the detergent drawer. I have wooden floors installed right outside my bathroom and i will have to have them redone. I called the Hisense customer support and they want to charge me 150 dhs to send a technician. Save your money, buy something more reliable that wont break exactly when the warranty ends!!

Destacar que se puede programar fácilmente para que el lavado lo haga de madrugada y ahorrar en tarifa. Destacar que es bastante silenciosa y programas q incorpora vapor. Yo uso bastante programa rápido de 15 minutos añadiendo enjuagues de 5 minutos para ropa no muy sucia. Tiene fácil en la rueda ver cada lavado que es.
