Great frying pan, non toxic non stick
Love the le creuset ceramic non stick essentials line. Unlike two other pans I bought from Amazon, this one was new, with the correct le creuset label inside.

Want a great omelet? Use this pan!!
Best pan ever! I love le credit products because of their weight, design, ease of use and the way the temperature remains even whenever I cook anything - wish I had bought a larger one to go with this!

Poor quality pan
This is the worst pan I have ever owned. Its ceramic coating is definitely not non stick. It is impossible to cook eggs without oil. The pan burns easily. I would never buy this pan again.

Non-stick VS ceramic & authenticity.
I would not recommend any nonstick if your health concerned, yet if made in France Le Creuset is the best next to All Clad. This was purchased for senior that does not have basic cooking skills. The ceramic made in France is fabulous. Overpriced for non-authentic product.

Non stick and easy to clean.
Perfect with great heat distribution.

It's just perfect
Perfect NON-STICK pan. Eggs, hashbrowns (from scrap), sautéing, you name it, it does it. Gonna get the 10" too.

Not as non-sticky as they'd like you to think -- and, given that, very expensive.
Um... it's good, but it's not completely non-stick. Meaning: if you're expecting a teflon-like, frictionless cooking experience, you won't get it. Unhappily (at least to me, because this 8" cookware costs $100), it requires fairly-constant re-application of butter or oil to keep it non-sticking. If you don't apply oil or butter between, say, flipping an egg, the egg will stick on the 2nd side. Yes, it's fairly easy to clean, but that's not the point. Pretty disappointing coming from an elite, respected brand like Le Creuset. Frankly, a cast-iron Lodge (for less than half the price) works as well or better.

Sturdy pan, heats well, but food sticks to rivets
I wanted a smaller non-stick ceramic pan to cook omelettes. This pan is beautiful, sturdy and distributes heat well. Unfortunately eggs stick to the rivets and it makes it difficult to make a good omelette.
