I ordered this agility ladder for my 5 year old who is currently playing in a soccer team. Although the product says it’s for kids and adults, this may be better for older kids as the distance between each segment is a bit wide and made it difficult for my child to perform some of the exercises accurately. The quality is exceptional, though, and after many uses, the ladder remains intact. It is also very long at 20 ft, making it perfect for practices with the whole team. Best of all, it’s super easy to store and comes in a black bag I can carry around wherever we go!
