Works great - perfect for inflating the SUP boards
I had a different branded one - that has given up after just over 12 months. So I did my homework and decided to get this one. On opening the box - the quality is evident. It feels solid and sturdy, and has a decent weight to it, but not too heavy. Fits my bluefin SUP, and took 10 and a half minutes to inflate my 12’ board. Totally effortless. Makes it so much easier to inflate and deflate - and being rechargeable you don’t need to have power to inflate. It did both out SUPs, 12’ and 10’8, and deflated them both and still had half a battery left. Although they are noisy, this doesn’t seem as noisy as my previous one, and sounds powerful. Really impressed so far with it - let’s hope it lasts the length of time. My only ‘gripe’ is there is no storage bag to keep it in, but I do have one the perfect size at home luckily I’ve used.

A good rechargeable pump
I use this pump for inflating a stand up paddleboard. The pump takes a long time to charge but holds the charge well and I can fully inflate my board 4-5 times without recharging. There is a clear display to show the charge status. It works up to 20psi & takes about 15mins for my board to reach this pressure. It comes with a range of nozzles and the sturdy handle makes it easy to carry. Ideal for using on a beach or away from a power source.

You need a 45W charger or plug!!
Works fine, so couldn't understand why Amazon says this item is frequently returned; then I nearly returned mine because it was taking so long to charge!! Perhaps that was the reason for the frequent returns?? After several comms with Outdoor Master I discovered that my home USB plug was not 45W - it needs to be 45W and not even 40W will do. I'm no expert in electricity (clearly), but once I'd bought a 45W charger off Amazon things were fine! It deflates fine to help with packing up after a paddle. It started impressively quietly, but as soon as the pressure rises (so it's got to work a bit harder) quite naturally it gets louder. I've not used another pump, so can't offer a comparison. It would have helped me if it had been made clearer that I'd need to have a 45W charger - hence the 4 stars. As a non electrician I just saw the "45W type C charger" in the description, knew I had a USB plug for my type C phone charger, so assumed I'd be ok but I wasn't. Hope this helps someone.

Good pump for multiple boards on one full charge.
This is a good pump. Quite loud! Can pump up 3 paddle boards to 15psi on one full charge with charge still left. Bit quicker and less effort than pumping by hand while u get everything ready while it's pumping. Only issue towards the end I have to hold it in place as the vibration on the hose sometimes escapes a little air. Lightweight to carry? Not sure if this is normal?

Small, looks good, does the job!
Does exactly what I want. Filled 3 boards on the carpark off the battery. Tried it without it plugged in and it did it by the time we'd changed into our wetsuits and got our other kit ready. Deflated two boards as well. It does take a while to recharge but I have time when I get back to do that. I haven't timed the recharge but its probably a few hours which as its done by a usb its understandable.

Takes days to charge...
Takes days to charge and now after 6 months won't charge more than 25%, it has taken days to get to full charge right from the start and now after limited use over past 6 months its been plugged into charger for 2 days and its not 25% full so I am guessing it won't go any further, and of course as it was from Amazon its next to impossible to do anything about it as there is no one to talk to about warranty.... not impressed.

Good but not as good as advertised
Ok, this unit does inflate your sup. I have 2, 11ft SUPs. The unit is very noisy imo once it gets to 0.9 psi. The main reason for the 3 stars is that it takes over 15 minutes to get to 15 psi - this is nowhere near the 9 minutes 30 seconds stated in the product summary listed. This is alot of time! And the advertised 9 minutes 30 seconds to reach 15 psi was THE main reason for buying this . The battery capacity is ok, but can't do 6 SUPs. I inflated my SUP 3 times before it needed recharging. The unit is quite light and will fit in hand luggage if flying. Value for Money ....depends how it performs and lasts, as I've only had it a few days. build quality seems decent but in bright sun it is difficult to see the LCD display. but the good thing is the auto cut-off when it reaches the set pressure - 15 psi for a SUP
