I tend to find silikomart to be the best quality for silicone chocolate molds - very good detail
I tend to find silikomart to be the best quality for silicone chocolate molds - very good detail, no residue in mold after popping out chocolates, and simple to wash. I find this to have too much detail, though, for how shallow the mold is, so that it is difficult to get the chocolate into all the nooks and crannies of the snowflakes and so you end up having clumpy chocolates. Maybe if they were deeper pockets in the mold it would help.

It is better than another chocolate snowflake mould I bought, but the more fiddly snowflakes will not come out of the mould without breaking.
