I bought this product because my headphone wires were getting tangled up. This product gives the wire a braided look and feel and prevents from curling up which is great. I also added this to my gaming mouse since the wire was getting stuck in my mouse due to bend in wire near mouse. This has solved this and given the wire a bit of rigidity which prevents it from curling up and supports the wire and prevents damage. Also the sleeve can slide better on your desk than the normal rubber wire which creates friction. So this overall is an amazing product. You need to be patient while applying it but it is very satisfying
