When it arrived it was quickly unwrapped and installed on the kitchen table. As computers go this is a real "show off", it has a really exciting red glow from the front and back. It came with a really smart keyboard that has lights in it that glow and change colour, there is a headset which also also completely over the top. Sure it is quite expensive, but the delight on my daughters face when she got it going was priceless. It boots up really quickly, and it plays games nicely. The Dell monitor screen is clear and the graphics are pin-sharp. Apparently besides games it can also be used to do Homework... well not today, just have fun. I think its been made using a good proportion of re-purposed components, so it's not quite so hard on the environment. Came pre-loaded with Windows 11

Got for my daughters Xmas present bought back in August and left until Xmas. when turned on first time rear fan wasn’t working, I’ve built pc’s so checked the fan control box wires. tried changing them all and checking but no luck was like a jungle. I would have to take apart most of the pc to get to them all cable management is crap to say the least. Also whenever turning the pc on it automatically boots into the bios on startup, never goes to boot up on windows. Have tried changing the ram settings sata settings boot order settings and no luck, which probably means a faulty piece of equipment inside. wasn’t worth the purchase will keep trying to fix

Received, set up and ran into a faulty GFX card. The company swiftly sent us a new one, which we installed and all it's all running like a dream now!

Amazing set up, works and looks great however the headset sound quality does work but isn’t great. Also, the microphone doesn’t seem to work at all, I’ve been trying everything to make it work, even spoke to a Microsoft assistant who did every setting possible and told me that it was the microphone quality. Only had it two days and can’t speak through my mic so not too good.

Don’t but scam and they expect you to pay to send it back screen won’t match it won’t turn on on it will be damage and missing parts and old parts and wires everywhere

headphones look nothing like the shown image. shuts down on a whim daily and every 5-6 days i have to sit and wait 3-4 hours for my D drive to repair as it is corrupted. only steam and steam games on that drive and had zero issue with the same on my previous PC using the exact same OS and drive usage. works well enough otherwise but with a time machine i would avoid the purchase altogether as i get two good days of gaming before the corruption starts again. then games loading/playing are hit or miss and C drive has only enough space for a single mid sized game. only way to solve issues is to go outside of purchase and download other software. bought this to replace my old PC, not run them tandom

I bought this pc for my daughters birthday. It arrived on time, everything was packaged well except there was no foam holding everything internal in place. As a result during transit I assume the gpu was damaged. The pc started and the screen was filled with pink pixels straight away, the resolution was locked at 800x600 and the scaling was also locked to a size that was making everything on the desktop to large to read. I assumed it was product of not having the correct drivers installed but after going through the process of ensuring everything was up to date the problem was still occurring. The computer then began to crash and freeze and I was unable to use it. As a result I've returned the pc back to retailer and have been granted a refund. Definitely recommend finding a well credited pc supplier to anybody looking to purchase one for themselves, could be a bit more pricey but everything will be checked and tested to a hight standard before being sent out to you.
