What are the exact outside dimensions (height & width) of the screen bezel? Thanx!

17 3/8 high and 29 1/4 wide. Bezel slants so these are the maximum dimensions. It is largest toward the back.

Is the screen anti-glare, matte finish, glossy?

It is a MATTE, ANTI-GLARE finish. No idea what the other answer is talking about. It is not reflective.

Does this monitor support VESA compatible mounting? If so what's the size? 100mm?

Yes, 100 mm x 100 mm (200 mm x 200 mm with optional wall-mount bracket). To use other than the supplied stand, you must remove the titanium-effect panel from the back of the monitor. (Source: User Manual)

Can the monitor height be adjusted so its not so high?

The monitor can be lowered such that the bottom of the monitor is barely a half inch above the desk. In fact I had to do that to fit it on my desk, because I had a shelf over my desk.
