I'm not going to lie - this thing kind scares me. It's big and very medieval torture-devise looking and then you put it on the end of grinder...oh, baby you better have an adjustable speed setting or that thing is going to tear up wood. You'll be looking through a hole to the floor before you know it! That's why I give it a four star. It does it's job with enthusiasm, maybe a little too much if the hands holding the grinder are not experienced. Otherwise, enjoy people. It's a fun attachment to play with and you can make all kinds of curves with it - not just bowls.

The one I received is well balanced, centered, and fits well on myDeWalt grinder. I have not used it on kiln-dried hardwood, but it is very aggressive on naturally dried Maple and Cherry. It does exactly what I wanted it to do.

Works well . Aggressive, so use at an angle and take light passes. Clears out a lot of material . Good price. Easy to clean.

Dont nick the side of an oak burl it will send it out of balance and make your angle grinder very hard to handle. Very happy with how fast it eats through most wood though.

Great if your project is small. If it’s big choose another.
