UPDATE -- from one to five stars. This seller took note of my negative review and actually sent me a new faucet, I am installing it today and will make changes to my review if needed but right now, it and they deserve five stars. The new model is actually more attractive than the previous with finer lines and finish. Work and travel have kept me from swapping it out until now, unfortunately there has been a few weeks of delay on my part in getting this done.THIS IS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW -- I am sorry to post a negative review, but I really do hate this. Although it looks okay and feels okay and was easy enough to install, it really is noisy. I am posting this after several weeks of use. There is some kind of hydraulic action within the mixing chamber that is somehow amplified and resonates intensely; it is much louder than a flushing toilet. You can only make it run quietly on a trickle stream which takes some fiddling with the valve leaver to obtain, but by then the whole house is awake.

Seems like a good product. Unfortunately have to return b/c it has 2 screws to hold it down and it’s replacing a single screw going through a granite countertop. Nice finish, good height.

This was the only one I could find that had the stainless steel woven lines for a motorhome. We got it delivered the next day. Installation was a snap. And it looks great. Water flow is much better than original. I would highly recommend this product!

Without modification the faucet was quite loud. Replacing the aerator insert with the Neoperl 1.5 GPM Aerator Insert 704862 from HD made a significant improvement in the noise; much quieter. (Big thanks to user Almat for the tip!) It's easy to swap out the insert; just unscrew the aerator (at the tip of the faucet), pop out old the insert, pop in the new one, and screw it back it. There's also a rubber gasket in there; I found I needed to change to a smaller gasket that came with the Neoperl insert to get it to fit when screwing the aerator back in. I also tried a 1.0 GPM aerator insert, but found the water flow to be too weak.The faucet I replaced was a 3-hole type, so I put this in with a cover deck plate  Decor Star PLATE-7B Bathroom Vessel Vanity Sink Faucet 4" Hole Cover Deck Plate Escutcheon Brushed Nickel .The main issue I ran into was that the mounting hole on the sink was just a bit too small for the faucet tube. It was porcelain, so it took about two hours of grinding with a dremel (and going through multiple bits) to get it opened up enough. Easy to install and looks great

Nice quality faucet; I've installed 5 of these now. The installation instructions are not too clear so it helps to have prior experience with installing faucets. For example, you don't need a wrench to tighten the two supply lines up into the base of the faucet since the 2 o-rings do the sealing. But I always put a little silicone grease on the o-rings to make sure they slide in and seal correctly. As delivered the water flow was too high making it somewhat loud. I picked up a $3 Neoperl Aerator Insert rated at 1.5 gpm at our local HD (#704862), unscrewed the aerator from the end of the spout, and replaced it with the new part. It fit perfectly and now the faucet sounds normal.

The reviews that say this is a loud faucet aren't inaccurate. It's louder than my old one, but it's just not that bad. It looks great, has great water pressure and is only noticeably louder when it's on halfway, once you turn the faucet on all the way, it gets much more quiet. They were very easy to install. Overall, we are very pleased & I would recommend them.

We love how easy this is to use. We don’t nearly use as much water as we did when we had a two knob faucet. Love how sleek it is and operates with gentle touches. Great faucet we bought another one.
