I was worried buying a gazing ball,might break in shipping. BUT IT WAS VERY WELL PACKAGED.IAM HAPPY ITS A BEAUTIFUL COLOR.I HAVE IT ON A STAND IN FRONT OF MY PORCH Surrounded by hosta plants.its perfect!

Terribly disappointed
Purchased as a Mother’s Day gift. By end of June the mirror finish was gone. The ball is now transparent and looks terrible. It looked great upon receipt but lasted less than six weeks.

Beautiful Color
I bought this gazing ball to enhance a section in my yard and am very pleased with the look I was trying to achieve. I purchased the light blue and it's absolutely beautiful. I put the gazing ball on a tall stand and it reflects the surrounding area perfectly. Am pleased with the quality of the product as well. If high winds are predicted, I suggest you bring the ball inside to prevent it from blowing off the stand and shattering because it is glass. Just a smart precaution.

Looks like a factory reject!
Freckled with little black spots where the inside silvering did not have complete coverage: it therefore looks dirty. Other flaws like bubbles and dimples in the glass. I will keep it for now because it is out on the periphery of my garden and will be seen from a distance, but the product is not good enough for a patio or any place where you would be looking at it up close. What a disappointment. The globe that it replaces cost a similar amount, but was perfect, and I therefore assumed I could expect that from this purchase. Wrong!
