Does it come with bushings?

Yes. I believe all trucks come with bushings. They are soft bushings though

Will the 149's be too small for an 8.7 board?

No. It looks better too. I personally don't like my wheels sticking out too much passed the deck.

How big of wheels will these fit... ?I'm hoping for 58. I cant find a truck for 60mm wheels 8,5 inch deck to save my life

Hi! These trucks (and most trucks) can fit 58mm skateboard wheels. If you aren’t getting enough clearance from the wheel to the board, you’ll need risers to help.
