Zinc

I ordered this because I noticed a couple of changes in my body that suggest I'm deficient in zinc (now that the magnesium deficiency has been rectified enough that it's not masking the zinc issue). The Vitamin C is useful in helping to absorb more zinc, magnesium, and iron, so this is a useful addition to my supplement regimen anyway, but I really like that this helps me get all the vitamins I need without having to take a large number of capsules (I get everything I need to supplement in 6 capsules rather than the dozen I needed to take a year ago). Like most capsules, this is pretty odorless and flavorless, and easy enough to swallow with a sip of anything (though these are medium-large capsules, so less than ideal on days where I'm having trouble swallowing--at which point the contents can be stirred into applesauce or yogurt and eaten). I love that it's a 2-month supply, as I can easily schedule re-orders, and I will be doing so, as this supplement is making a noticeable difference for me.
