Great for various ages
Bought this as a gift for my nephews. We played it as a family and had so much fun. We had ages 11, 14, 16, and 4 adults play the game. At first we thought it would be just silly but we ended up having a great time.

Great game to get you away from the table but still play a game.
it is a hilarious game, it's not just sword fighting. There are cards you choose to modify the fighting rules. Like twirl around three times and then throw your sword up in the air, catch it and then fight. Or fight with your knees together while also counting down from 20 at the same time and fight. You choose cards that make you vary the way you fight, and it can be quite hilarious. You take turns being the "fight boss" who rules over the fight and who say is final on the winner of the fight. It really doesn't matter about height (one card gives an advantage to the shorter person) or if you have fighting experience. The rules state any hitting other than the torso (arms, head, neck, legs etc) are grounds for losing the fight so people don't get too violent. Also, a plus is considering as much fighting as we did, the swords held up very well. After 45 minutes of play when we put it away it still looked like new, plus it comes with replacement foam plugs that hold the sword in the handle, (otherwise it wouldn't fit in the box if it didn't come apart). Definatly a cool addition to your gaming collection.

Fun game, but swords don't last
It's one of the Christmas presents for one of our kids. It's fun board game for family time. But swords are made with foam. And after a few use, swords start to tear apart.

My kids laugh out loud when they play this game. It’s loads of fun, gets out extra energy, and always helps them get along better.

The perfect gift for the deranged but so very playful kid in your life.
Got these for my niece whose playtime often consists of 'try to punch or tackle uncle Lou) and she loves the game. If you have any background in fencing, the foam 'swords' are a bit to floppy to leverage it, but they are also very unlikely to hurt anyone playing the game. Various additional rules given by the cards add more of a cute and playful factor to the game. I don't know how many replays it stay interesting, but fun for now.

I asked my 9 year old son how many stars to give this game and he replied “Five Stars!!” I bought this to play with my family. Three generations from 8 years old to 75 years old loved it. I was a bit worried that someone might get hurt but the game has clever rules to keep things fun and safe!
