Works good for being around welders and when torching as well. Verify the darkness you need before doing what ya need done. Not meant to be used instead of welding lens and won't protect your face from anything snap, crackle, popping.

Noticed some ocular discomfort after working the heavier torch for a minute or 2. Would not suggest using this on the regular for acetylene welding on a properly sized cutting/brazing torch. As the rest goes. they fit quite well, they are cheap, and they are good for what I need them for - jewelry work - gold/copper/silver in smaller quantities with a smaller torch (usually propane).

They work. Good value for the price. They fit better than the oversized goggles you used to use. I Haven’t scratched them yet despite dropping them a couple of times. They are the correct shade and have good visibility.

Yes, fit perfectly over my prescription glasses. Haven't welded with them yet but they seem plenty dark.
