good: long battery life, bright lights for feature status, easy to change settings, easy to charge.neutral: no sound (like very low hiss etc) or smell (like mild carbon etc) like other personal air devices to indicate it is functioning. assume it's working as intendedbad: front cover panel came off after 6 weeks of use (3 to 4 days a week for a few hours).

If it's working or not, but I didn't get sick on my cross country flight, so maybe it made a difference. IDK?

I am extremely disappointed in this product. I have had it for less than a year and used a total of three times. Now it will not hold a charge and is a total waste. Of course it’s pass the return date so I just wasted my money, time and health. It damages your reputation for selling quality products. Rating. -0Don’t believe everything you read.
